Windows Store Settings Disappear - Can't Build Project Anymore

    Hello,
    I've been working on this project for 2 weeks. Last night I started getting errors. I can't build anymore and the Windows Store Settings are gone. Also the preferences are gone. What is happening?

    I reinstalled Unity. This did not fix.
    I switched Platform back and forth, this did not fix.
    I created a new project and the Windows Setting are there.
    It's specific to my project.
    Please help.
