We are using a C++ plugin in our game. When building for Windows Store 8.0 and Windows Phone 8.1 (the same build target, but with different settings) there needs to be two different dll-files. One compiled for each target. However, they both needs to be put into the Plugins/Metro directory and have the same name. Is there any way to solve this without having to copy the correct version for that particular build every time i build to the different targets?

    Hi,

you can put them to subfolders (assuming you're on Unity 4.x - on Unity 5 you can choose it in the importer settings).
