Windows speech do not run in background after windows update to 1803

    I use unity windows speech to develop my software. It can run in background when windows is 1709. After update windows to 1803, it's not working. I am sure unity "Run In Background" have checked,other feature can work, only windows.speech.But if i go back my unity software window,of course it is working.Can anyone help me to solve the problem ?
