Windows 10 Universal: Flicker during the transition to your extended splash screen

On Windows splash screens, it has instructions on how to avoid a flicker during transition of extended splash screen, I tried to add it to my solution but got a few errors, has anyone managed to get this to work, another excellent feature that can be added to Unity perhaps to make it a default checkbox in editor.
