Windows 10, Unity 2018.3: Window Title Disappears When Maximizing Window

    Hello

    Need help ASAP. With upgrading to Unity 2018.3 from Unity 5 I noticed what game window title disappears (wilt minimize/maximize/close buttons) when I maximize a window by pressing standard Windows to maximize button in the top right corner. It is very uncomfortable because the user lost the possibility to minimize or restore window size.

    How to fix it ?
