This bug only occur on projects that were created in Linux and then migrated to Windows. If you start new project in Windows it works fine.

And now, if I open project on Linux I have following error:
    Code (CSharp):
    1. Curl error 51: Cert verify failed: UNITYTLS_X509VERIFY_FLAG_EXPIRED

I have tried to export package on Linux and import in new project on Windows. It works until I close Editor windows. After that - same problem.

Omitting 'çurl' error as it not related to this problem.

I have tried to create a new project. It creates fine you can open it. Than you close and try to open again and same issue. Unity complete unusable.

So, what I can assume it's not problem with project but with Unity itself.
