Bug [Windows 10] Can't log in from Unity Hub or Package Manager (Editor)

    Unity Hub 3.0.1
    Unity Pro 2020.2.6f1.x64

    When I click log in, a new tab opens on Google Chrome <https://api.unity.com/v1/oauth2/authorize?client_id...> and It does nothing. Nothing happens in Unity Hub and the Chrome tab is empty.

    When I first installed Hub I couldn't log in to download the editor so I downloaded an offline installer for it and activated it through offline Manual activation. I thought that I wouldn't need the Hub any more since I can use the editor offline now that it's activated but when I opened the Package Manager it also opened an empty tab on Chrome when I clicked sign in. Now I'm stuck without access to Unity asset and I can't log in by any means to download them (I know there are many sites where I can download asset but I need the ones from Unity Store).

    I tried Changing my VPN, I used Express first then switched to iTop then Psiphon, none of them worked. nothing changed without using a vpn as well.
