The Station is a first-person sci-fi mystery set on a space station sent to study a sentient alien civilization. Assuming the role of a recon specialist, players must unravel a mystery which will decide the fate of two civilizations.

Hi, I'm John Costello, the Art Director of The Station. Our team has been working on our first studio release for the past 3 years and it less than 48 hours our baby is being released!

The entire project makes use of the Unity engine, custom models and environments and a large selection of the tried a tested assets from the Unity asset store. I wanted to push Unity visuals as hard as possible and the result was a stylised type of realism that our team as a whole are very proud of. A special thanks to Unity for giving us a great chance to make something we feel will be a very special experience!

Check out our announcementtrailer and some ingame screenshots.

More than happy to field questions about our creative process and some of the tech we used below in comments.

    Thanks everyone!
