WiiU Japanese Garden type app on Android?

Hello,

Im not sure if this has been asked or not, but at E3, the WiiU had a Japanese Garden tech demo where you would move the WiiU controller around and at the same time it would rotate the camera in the environment. I was wondering if this was possible to do on the Android platform or even the iPhone platform. Here is a link to that shows what I am talking about:

You just need gyroscope input to pull that off.
