Wi-Fi Local Cache Server can't connect

Hello, I have a local cache-server is working on one PC (Windows), i stated him by cmd comand "unity-cache-server --putwhitelist secondpcIP:8126" and also install server at second PC to run an import command "unity-cache-server-import D:\Projects\CacheServerTransactions_Android.json 0.0.0.0:8126" to import adroid cache to the server and get error like in screenshot. I made a lot of attemps xD. And nothing is working. What should I do? I can't understand
