Question Why WebCamDevice is implemented in UnityEngine.AudioModule?

I recently used the WebCamDevice struct to take a snapshot from the webcam.
And I discovered you need the UnityEngine.AudioModule.

Oh, it was just pure curiosity.
I was expecting an answer of the type "It made more sense because of X reasons"
As of its use, I really had no problem with it.
