why textures in shadow is dark?

    Hi,

    Check your exposure settings in your Volume overrides, you probably have poorly adjusted exposure in your sky or something else. And check your light too. They have to be in some sort of balance.

    So, make sure you have an Exposure override, then check the Visual Environment override and a correct override for your sky type (HDRI Sky?) and adjust also it's exposure. And Indirect Lighting Controller can also affect this, too.

    If you dial up sky exposure a lot and have automatic exposure, you can get that kind of look you have... Same goes for dialing down Indirect diffuse intensity in Indirect Lighting Controller.

    Its caused by Tone Mapping. The default Alpha is set too high, go to tone mapping then set the Alpha to taste, youll see that you can "dial in the darkness of shadows".

    @warthos3399 any of the above things I mentioned can cause that, not only tone mapping.
