    Why State of Iraq, has become one of the proscribed countries
    What is the solution to buy through the program models
    I live in northern Iraq

    Contact the asset vendors personally and offer to purchase via other means?

    In many cases, buying directly from the authors isn't possible as the authors may have to follow the same rules as any company. I know for a fact, that as a US citizen, it is not legal for me to do business with certain countries.
