Why some objects dark and some normal using GI

    I had the exact same problem. Are you using Meshes as light emiters ?

    is your ambiant a solid color, a skybox or a gradient ?

    I notice you have both realtime and baked checked on. Only use one or the other not both. What have here is a light leak from the realtime GI. So your ambient light is touching that on piece on the front faces but not the other piece.

    I have noticed that sometimes, when the resolution is high enough, some objects get really strong ambient GI (possibly because enlighten doesn't assign them a "good" system?). Not sure if that is the problem you are seeing.

    In any case, it's hard to tell only by those screenshots.

    Maybe you should bug report the scene to Unity?
