Why prefab making result in unity crash?

    I just tried make prefab from some UI mother object.

    And after 2-3 minutes unity progress bar rising, unity itself just crash.

    Why? Why so become slow and take long time(2-3 mins) to open project itself and enter game mode?

    Using Unity 2020.1.17, VS2019.
