Why need to update from LWRP to URP when using 2019.3 and above?

You now must use URP if you want to use 2019.3+ unity versions?

I updated my LWRP project (2019.2) to 2020.2 and now my water shader for example (shader graph) doesnt do any foam on shorelines. And in Quality settings its set to URP...

Why can't I use LWRP in 2019.3+??

LWRP is the predecessor of the URP and no longer supported.
