why isn't Monobehaviour blue

Hey I'm pretty new here and I encountered a problem my Monobehaviour is not blue when I'm in Microsoft visual studio I already tried changing versions in preferences but it still doesn't work does anyone know how to help me?

 

As in intellisense doesn't pick it up?

Steps to take:
1. Update unity
2. Update visual studio (2022 ftw)
3. Go into preferences - external tools and regenerate project files
4. If that doesn't fix it delete the sln and csproj files and library folder to reimport everything

Hey I tied everything I deleted evry csproj and solution file and the library and after I went back in Visual studio and Monobehaviour still wasn't blue I did evrything you told me to but it still didn't work and I don't know how and why

 

Do other intellisense features work?
Maybe reset al VS changes

 

I have already deleted everything and it didn't work.I dont know why and how since I didn't change anything in Unity I just added a C# script and I didn't change anything in visual studio 2022
