Why is the 'Kameleeon' thing (https://www.kameleoon.com/en) is show up when I press Ctr+Shift+Alt+F2 on asset store web page!!?? How to disable it please. It's too intrusive and make me feel unsaved.

    Thank you.

I cannot reproduce this in Chrome.

Have you tried other websites and other browsers? If it happens on other websites it's most likely an issue of your system, maybe a plugin.

And I do wonder, why would you press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F2 while browsing to begin with?

Don't worry about it. It's just a web tool that Unity uses in the store. Many/most sites use things like this. It's not for you, it is for the asset store team.

You can't disable it. Kameleoon is responsible for part of the functionality of the store. It's helping to improve the experience by optimizing and personalizing it. You might be able to restrict it by adjusting your third party cookie settings but it's both server and client side so you can't just turn it off completely.

You might be able to remain anonymous by using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) but it's dependent on the way it's added it to the store. Kameleoon can be set up to use account information to assist with tracking. If that's how they went about it simply logging in to the store will track you even with a VPN.

Basically your only guaranteed way to avoid being tracked is to avoid the store altogether.

The only way is to not use the internet.

It's a just a 3rd party site tool. Most every site has a half dozen or so. If you use the Asset Store, Unity has your personal information, payment details and a complete history of your sales. If a display/ad optimizer worries you, the internet may be the place for you.

Thank you guys for the replies. At least I know now that is not a virus or some thing more dangerous.
