Question Why is my account blocked?

    I'm blocked from using unity services with no reason as to why. I have an inkling that it's an issue with ads and some TOS I unwittingly broke. I've only ever used it once to test it, but ended up disabling it soon after.

    I have emailed unity about it over 2 weeks ago (ticket 1574088) and still haven't heard back. When you're blocked from using services, you cannot do ANYTHING with them. I can't get any IDs, or any other info unity asks for.

    Now I just got an invoice from unity about them charging me for using their services while I'm blocked?? I can't even disable any services due to being blocked. Perhaps it was from the 10 seconds of usage i had before being randomly blocked with no warning or reason.

    Did anyone from the support team reply? Our account has been blocked as well

    I looked into ticket #1574088 and it was already marked as resolved with a comment from our representative. Please add your message to the ticket if your problem insists.

    I can't guess why your account has been blocked because I don't know which Unity account/organization you're mentioning. In those cases, we can't handle your request here since it's out of our scope. However, if our system marked you as a fraud by mistake, you are able to appeal your case with the following steps.

    Unity Ads actively monitors every publisher and advertiser to ensure that users are not violating our policies. Our system will ban any users involved in fraudulent behavior.

    Hello, the organization ID is 74811 and the ticket number was #1593042
    The ticket was marked as closed without a response.
    We are still unable to access our dashboard.

    We are aware of several tickets that came from you are in our queue. One of the teams (not Ads support team) from Unity is working on it, so please bear with me, and thanks for your patience.

    The issue is solved after almost a week. But those tickets were not attended. I closed them manually.

    @Yasuyuki Any ideas about my locked organization? Between appeal tickets, support tickets, Support chat, Twitter DMs and forum posts, all I've been able to get out of Unity Support for the last month was a "not our department, not our problem" on a support ticket.

    Even my tickets were responded with similar answers. But after few days account got reinstated. Tickets were not attended
