Why is 2019.4.8f1 gone?

I was downloading 2019.4.8f1 halfway from Hub a day ago. However, I don't know if it is download complete or not but at the end it is not installed and gone. It is also not even available in the download / install options. Only 2019.4.7 is available.

The change log said it fixed a editor freezing bug and I desperately want to try it as my editor is freezing on the background from time to time.

 

2019.4.8f1 is available in the Hub. If it's not for you, it means that it has been installed already.

 

So strange. I couldn't find it anywhere.

 

Quit the Hub from the tray and restart it.

 

I restarted and it works.
