Sure, my dad ran his own tech company and I got a lot of computer stuff from him. But I had alot of classmates at KTH (Royal Institute of Technology, basically our equivalent to MIT (But its free for anyone)) that had never touched a computer as a kid or had not coded a line of code. Sure they had it a little tougher in the beginning with the practical courses, but those courses are nothing to the theoretical courses like math and physics courses anyway.

If you have that mindset its probably going to be true. I make more than 98% of the Swedish population (I know, we are piss poor here), that attitude didnt do it.

Dude, I live in a country thats been socialists for over 100 years. Underachievement is introduced from day one intravenously. People blame everyone but their self for their situation. The government have hold their hand their entire lives, they are like infants in many way. If anyone have perspective on their statements, its me.

edit: we even got a thing called Jantelagen. Its a unofficial law basicly saying, "Dont think you are better than anyone else".

Ah, so we've reached the "poor people just don't work hard enough" stage of your argument, despite the fact that poor people provide literally the most labour out of any group.

The poor people wouldn't have anyplace to work at if it wasn't for the entrepreneurs that create the work, its a symbios.

The discussion have shifted it seems. All I said was that runnign your own company is good because you can work on the game on the side and pay freelancers and assets with tax free money. Probably dont matter much in the US and other sane countries. But here in Sweden the tax is north of 60%

right now it's paying half into two pension funds.
This game thing would have to be a rather large long term success before making that jump.
    Something to think about.

Good points! If you start your own company, dont forget to keep putting money into those funds. I actually increased those alot when I started my own company. Here in sweden you can take upto 30% of your salary deductible. After 30% its no longer deductible and you cant deduct it from the yearly revenue (So you have to pay corporate tax on anything above 30%, which is 22% here in Sweden its higher in the states (Only tax that is higher :D)).
