why i can't install unity?

 

What platform? Is the firewall and anti-virus turned off? Need data to help here.

 

Windows 10
Firewall and anti-virus is on
it will download until the end then the previous image will appear.

Have you tried different Unity version?
What is you available space on the hard drive?

 

i have terabite of free space in my drive D
yes i have tried other Unity Versions

 

What about C? Is that where you have Windows installed, or is D?
But as hinted already, try to disable antivirus for time of the installation.

Sure no probs. Only question is left, can you update 2020.3 now? That assuming you need it?

Get rid of the corrupted download and try again. Firewall and anti-virus turned off.

i tried turning off firewall and anti-virus.

it does the same didnt install. i guess i have to use the older version for now.

 

If you do not remove the previously corrupted download..al parts of it it may just tack on an upload and the leading part of the previous download may still have a bit out of order or whatever the corruption was.

i think it auto deleted itself if not successfully installed. i dont see any trace

i have installed the latest 2020.3.1f1!

But i installed it not on Unity Hub, Direct install. it works.

i guess something wrong with Unity Hub?
