Why don't I see "Face Plus" in the Windows Pull Down Menu as Instructed by Mixamo?

I have downloaded Unity 4.3of4
I have followed the instructions given by Mixamo on how to log into/open Face Plus.
However, I don't see "Face Plus" in the "Windows pull down menu"

When will Face Plus be available?
Face Plus will be released on August 28, 2013.
Which versions of Unity support Face Plus?
To experience the full power of Face Plus thanks to blendshape technology, Unity 4.3 is required.

How will Face Plus be accessed within the Unity interface? Users will be able to access the plugin from the Unity interface
by clicking on “Windows” > “Face Plus”. They will then be prompted with a login screen which, once completed, will
launch Face Plus and provide playback, recording, display and preferences options.
