TextMesh Pro Why does TMP SubMesh include Layout Element?

    I wonder why TMP SubMesh includes Layout Element.

    I noticed that Layout Element in TMP causes the update on Canvas every time I scroll the view.

    When I removed Layout Element in TMP SubMesh, the update goes away.
