Sorry If I missed it some where I did read the FAQ and other things.
Revit and Sketchup have visualization in them, why do we need this product?

    Hey Tzan,
I'll assume you're talking about Reflect here, and not the Unity editor? Reflect is much more than just a visualization tool! With the power of Unity behind it, it can be customized to fit specific workflows. With Reflect,w e're building a platform for us to build upon, as well as others to expand.
We've already seen a few examples from our users: Construction Sequencing, Safety training, On-site AR, Acoustic studies, etc.

We all know there are a ton of challenges with getting data from multiple sources into real-time experiences to collaborate. By focusing on the platform, data and collaboration features, we'll be able to keep building functionality to address the most popular use cases, but in the end, we know that we won't be able to cover all of them, so Reflect is a way to expand this ecosystem.

    Hope this helps!

So the real value is when a user customizes it using imported buildings.

    Thanks

Yes an no - The ability to import a building in Unity is one way... but where people are seeing the most benefit is when they customize the Viewer itself, which is essentially an empty shell. it allows you to disassociate the data from the functionality.
This allows them to add features that work for all future projects, and not just one building. So when you build (as an example) an evacuation simulation, you don't build it for a single project but for all of them!
You end up with a viewer that can do Evacuation simulation, and you can import any building into it.

Ah! The evacuation sim is a better explanation.
I was thinking earlier that a one paragraph use case would help.
Maybe something like that, located where people start reading about this would help solidify in people heads the functionality beyond just viewing.
