I'm thinking about getting Enviro and a few other assets would you recommend it?

    I'm wanting that and
    Suburb Neighborhood House Pack (Modular)
    Zombies Pack V2
    CScape City System

    Horror FPS KIT

I want Gaia too but I can't afford it until later sometime.

I have no experience with that asset. My recommendation of Lighting Box 2 is only because I have worked with it.

I've saw reviews and stuff and it looks good. I've researched all the assets I'm wanting to buy. Isn't there a way I can preview them?

Contact the authors and see if they will let you preview the assets. Other than that there are no legal ways to do it.

First, upload decent sized images. Second, disable default skybox reflections, it makes everything look like it's in cryogenic storage. Third, apply post processing.

You're right but I think I'm just going to buy assets rather than trying to make my own. I think my project will turn out better that way.

You need a proper PBR material with all the maps. The default skybox renders awful results, use a HDR skybox. Have a high density of reflection probes. A object in shadow that uses a reflection probe in light looks just awful. Dynamic objects are lit through light probes so dont forget these.

Dont forget to bake light, even if you only have precomputed realtime GI only.

    Thats the bare minimum.

One other thing, looks like you're on a spending asset store spree. It can be easy to get carried away. If you're learning nothing beats cutting it right back to basics and trying to do a large majority of it yourself. Best way IMO OC.

Start of with blocky models, get the mechanics right, then move forward.

Is da but may be true.
On other hands, using such irresponsible and without deep thoughts behaviors, allows rest of us, use Unity for free. :)

It looks dark and the shading isn't right on some of it.
I thought about getting these assets for months before I finally decided to get them. I wanted them. They are really good assets. Of course I could have done it all for free BUT it wouldn't have turned out as good.

I didn't get Suburb Neighborhood House Pack. I figured I could make houses myself. And that's what I'm doing.
