Why character controller seems not interact with collider?

    So unity default character controller's isGrounded become not true when interact with box or mesh collider,

    only become true when interact with terrain.

    Why and how to make it true when with normal collider?

    are you falling due to gravity every frame?
    If you dont move down, then you dont hit the ground and therefore not grounded

    Yes of course I want my character be affected by gravity. (So falling down)

    But I am not using terrain at all for ground.

    I mean, are you applying gravity EVERY FRAME, even when you believe you are grounded.
