Hi, I have submitted my game on Play Store and Google is fine with it. But when I submitted my game on Amazon App store I get the following message after it has been reviewed

    Code (CSharp):
    1. We are unable to test your app as it does not function as intended. The app exits/ force closes/ freezes/ displays an error message after being launched. Please fix the issue and re-submit the app.
Here is the screenshot of the issue.....

Amazon doesn't say in specific what is the reason. I don't have any Fire device as well to test it. If anyone has experienced this issue before please do let me know on what is the possible reason for the scenario.

Google play will give you crash / ANR traces from their automated testing... see if something like that exists on Amazon, as that might give you clues as to what is crashing.

If it works fine on Google Play, odds are it is something device-specific, like firebase or advertising or something like that.

If you can't get any intel from Amazon you could:

    - get access to a Fire device somehow and see if you can crash it, OR

    - begin removing stuff from your game to see what might be crashing (like remove advertising, etc.), and submit half-baked builds until one doesn't crash.

With proper use of source control, experimentally deleting stuff is trivial to restore.

I have a fire device and is the most annoying thing ever. They have a lot of locks and custom barriers against the user. You need to have one of these devices to test your app because it may just be some simple android functionality that is blocked by amazon. Something that could work on a normal android device may be broken by amazon anti user drm systems

maybe you could find an emulator? I think there should be some out there.

Sure. I have used Applovin Max mediation with AdColony as the mediation partner, and ByteBrew for Notificaation. Both dont have any special intruction for Amazon App store. I have written to both of them as of now
