Bug Why cant i download the unity editor?

Hello! My name is kit and today I downloaded the unity hub and I started to download the editor inside the unity hub. The Installation Failed. Please Help!

Uninstall Unity and reinstall Unity. I had this issue after recently wiping my system where I found a crypto miner partitioned itself to reinstall and corrupt windows during installation process. It did this and denied gpu usage at the same time. For 2 years. I restored and updated Unity from removable hdd, and had this issue. But I deleted all Unity editor and files and hub reinstalled hub and it works.

also run as admin obviously
