Why can't I add members to my organization???

Within opening a unity project, I turned on collaborate and added a member to be a manager. But, when I go to my website panel here on this site and look in my organization, it doesn't even give me the option to add that person as a member of my organization so they're simply locked out because Unity isn't making this process clear.

 

Organisations are the worst... Unity needs to sort out the portal. It's insanely hard to use.

 

That's true. Every time I have to add a user, I get angry over this UX.

@SoundStormLabs I'd be happy to tell you how it works but i always found it through dumb luck. :-/

 

I'm having the exact opposite problem. Wanted to add a member to a project, but instead they got added to my organization and can see ALL of my projects...fortunately this is my first project using collaborate so all the others are stored locally and thus inaccessible to them, but I need to get this sorted out before taking on new clients or this could be a real liability...
