why can't get a transparent game window in Unity using Universal Render Pipeline ?

    First,I made a transparent game window in unity form others ,such like 123456.png,there is cube on the top of the desktop,and it use built in render in unity,but it dosent work when im using the URP at graphics and quality render setting like 01 and 02.png, built and run ,i found that transparent background is black,why,?can someone help me ,thank you so much

    Hi, I would like to see the difference of results between BuildIn-RP and URP.
