Question Why arent my UI elements not Showing?

So I want to make a Mobile Game with a Joystick and I used to following Video to get that but at 4:10 where he says ,,Now hit Play and you can see it move" my Joystick just wont show up. I can see it in the Scene view but in the Game View it just vanishes.

 

Does it show in editor? Type in the pixel size of your device phone and test on a custom resolution inside of Unity.

I tried everything you said but nothing worked. To be real I didnt quite understand the Anchoring/Scaling Part. I tried scaling it but that doesnt help like it already is in the scale I want it too.
