I spent most of the day working on a model of the Krusty Krab in Maya.
I have completed the structure and the roof and put on a wood texture.
When I put it in Unity, it has the structre, but only a piece of the roof, and it is white...

What the heck do I do to fix this!!!!

Your normals are upside down, you want to make sure you got normals are facing outward. And if you want to see the roof inside, you'll need another set of faces facing inward or use a two-sided shader in unity.
To see which way the normals are facing in Maya: Display->Polygons->Face Normals. To flip them: select face, shift+right click, face normals-> reverse normals.

Mae a ceiling. You can then texture it differently than the roof where two sided shaders will just reproduce the roof tiling inside.
