Bug White Sprites used in UI Toolkit in Build (because of Sprite Packer), missing Texture...

    I couldn't reproduce it in a separate project, but after upgrading from 2022.1.13f1 to 2022.2.0b8 Sprites that were used in UI Toolkit appeared white in Build:

    At first I thought maybe Sprite's meta needs to be regenerated, but no, this didn't help (removing and recreating Library didn't help too).
    Only moving sprite to Assets/ helps, but I can't reproduce it in a new project - there's no issue with sprite location.
    Then my colleague found that it's related to Sprite Packer. Using Sprite Atlas V1 - Always Enabled it could also be reproduced in Editor

    Another issue was missing texture that was used in Shader Graph.
    The same happens in b9

    I also tried latest Alpha and there was no issue with white Sprites there.
