White Cat Project Player Control

    I want to make a mobile action game and I am thinking the player control. I love the player control in White Cat Project. But White Cat Project got a lawsuit from Nintendo because of the player control system.

    So if I make the player control system like White Cat Project and publish it, Would I get sued too?

    Not excluded..
    The fact that you recognize that control system kinda confirms that it is unique enough that the right to patent\trademark it, is upheld.

    They got a lawsuit for the tech of joypad on panel, not in game control
