While Game mode / Animation start, prefab's sprites became missing.

Dear forum, today, when learn how work prefabs, faced with problem that after starting Game mode, sprites became missing in child prefab's objects. Animation have same problem - while it start, sprites became missing. Sorry if this problem can be solved quite simply and if there is little information.
