I am starting to learn Unity, and 2018.4, 2019.4 and 2020.3 are all part of LTS. Which one do you recommend I start with?

2020.3 in my opinion, simply because it is the newest to go LTS and will theoretically be supported for the longest amount of time going forward.

Yup. Latest long-term-support version is usually a good bet to start with.

Latest LTS, or if you are following a tutorial use the same version as the tutorial. It is normal to have multiple Unity versions installed at the same time.

Beginner Course should have information what version to use like in the official Unity tutorial (in Getting Started → Install Unity Software → Before you begin).

I managed to complete 3 official tutorial projects on here using the 2021.3.3f1 LTS version last week, I've been using previous versions and the official tute projects have never worked until then.
