Which template is better for a 'point to click' mobile game? 2D, High Definition RP or LWRP?

Hello everyone,

I am going to make a mobile game where players can point and click the objects in the game. There will be only 2D sprites and some character animations made by Spine 2D. There won't be any physics objects.

Which template should I use in terms of performance?
