TextMesh Pro which is performance wise better for just a simple text?

    which is better for performance wise on mobile?

    The mobile distance field shader provides better performance mostly because of its reduced feature set. So unless you need to be able to texture the face or outline of the text or add beveling or glow, etc. use the mobile distance field shader.
