    Hello,

A lot of my questions I don't consider to fall under any sub-forum on this site anymore, so I've resorted to asking which forum to post in, so that my thread has a better chance of not getting deleted. I simply cannot figure out which "category" my questions fall under anymore.

    The question I will ask:
My question is going to be about what assets or code examples people would recommend for creating terrain that is very large, and has to be loaded in chunks or streamed piece by piece according to the players line of sight or viewing distance etc........

However, this seems technical enough to get deleted if I post in General Discussion (which I'm doing here under the guise of asking which forum is actually the best to post this question in). It also seems too narrow of a question to be fit for the "Game Design" sub-forum....but maybe that's the best one? I don't consider it an "Editor and General Support" question -- although perhaps it's considered General Support? I don't consider it to fall under any other sub-forum categories......so which one should I post in do you think?

    Thank you.

Usually you can just post that kind of question where you think they fit best and have a remark for moderators to move it somewhere else in the case it doesn't fit in that section. I personally would most likely post in the scripting section or maybe in graphics.

Thanks for your suggestion Dantus. Yes, the coding/scripting portion of it I will ask in the Scripting forum, thank you. The asset store recommendations and overall general concept/methodology of implementation you would recommend in the Graphics sub-forum though? I just want to confirm.

Thanks for your suggestion and I welcome others as well.

Since those questions are tightly related, I don't think it is a problem to post everything in one place. I am certainly not a moderator. But I don't have the impression that the moderators would attack you. They might move the post or tell you to do something different the next time.
