Question Which AI system should I use?

Hello,
My goal is to create a game where the player can interact with various AI characters. My goal is to create an immersive experience and dynamic interactions with the AI characters. As the player interacts with the AI characters, the game's story unfolds in an open-world environment.
When I first started using Inworld, I liked how the characters were set up, but there are some limitations I may not be able to work around.
For this type of AI, what is the best Unity AI system/addon?
