    Hi guys,
More specifically, comparing the 15 inch Macbook Pro models, what's better for Unity dev...

    Iris Pro or AMD Radeon?

Note the AMD is described as...
AMD Radeon R9 M370X with 2GB of GDDR5 memory and automatic graphics switching.

    Thanks

I'd personally go the Radeon. That's a dedicated, reasonably powerful GPU. Whether or not you would get any benefit from that depends on the type of work you're doing / games you're making, though.

Thanks! And LOL I couldn't wait so long for a reply, so I already went ahead and purchased the model with the Radeon. Interestingly it seems that this model ALSO has the Iris Pro. It has BOTH, and it smartly toggles between the two as needed. I didn't know that. Pretty cool. I haven't really put it to the test yet though, but sounds like it will suit me just fine :)

Yea, the other option basically just means no gpu. It would be useless to you for gaming :D

When are they going to make new Mac Minis with Skylake CPU and maybe all SSD storage and 3rd party GPU so I can buy one and be set for the next 10 years?

If you want to really be set for some years then wait for a machine that has a pascal gpu.

Same. I wouldn't pick Intel HD unless I had a specific need for it. Or didn't have a choice in the matter like with a Mac Mini.

I would think Skylake would start appearing in cheaper systems around the time Kabylake is due for release. Currently that's the end of next year. Solid state is another matter as a 1TB HDD is extremely cheap compared to its solid state equivalent.
