Whether animation sample rate effect performance?

    1. If set Application.targetFrameRate = 30, is animation still running in 120 samples/s?
    2. Is the higher sample rate, the lower performance?
    3. Would you recommend sample rate setting as Application.targetFrameRate(30)?
    2. I heard that the animation is running in different threads. Is a thread execute an animation? Or a thread execute all the animations?
