Where to post "job offer" ?

Hi,
I'm in a research project using unity for a small "serious" game. We want to extend the game and are about to publish a "call for tender" (appel d'offre in French). We would like to publish it on a unity forum, but I haven't found a dedicated forum, as all the suggested forum sections have been long gone :
