Where is Visual Effects Graph?

    Hi, I'm using 2018.3.0b6

    Just wanted to test these new features, but I can't find Visual Effects Graph in Package Manager.
    Am I suppose to install it manually from GitHub? If so, I still cannot find any instruction on how to install a package, not from Package Manager.

    PS: Also, is the Demo from Unite LA for Visual Effects Graph available for download?
