Question Where is the tiny tab?

I have just started a video tutorial about project tiny and downloaded the latest version of project tiny - 0.26.0 preview 14 (by the way 2-3 year in and we still dont have good tutorials on tiny). The guy proceeds to create a new project from Tiny->File->New project, but I dont have the Tiny tab at all in the project! Even with some of the older versions of the package I can not find a way to create the tiny project and I am stuck just right at the beginning of the tutorial. Any help? Anyone working with the new version?

 

0.32 is the newer version.
