    I need proprobuiler for develop as well my game

    You can install ProBuilder from the Package Manager.
    Window -> Package Manager -> search in searchbar "ProBuilder " -> Install

    Additional to above: If you don't see ProBuilder in the list, make sure to enable "Show preview packages" under 
    Advanced > Show Preview Packages
    .
