Where do you request commissioned assets from Unity community?

So I remember that there were forums where people could explain what they needed and how much they can pay, and then people would PM/reply to their posts if they were interested in doing commissioned work. But I don't know how/where one would currently do that.

I just want to commission a single/one-off thing involving a "destroyed" animation/effect for an item in my game, but I don't even know where to start. Nothing shows up when I google it, but I may be using the wrong key words to search for this.

 

You can post job request at polycount forum. Lots of artist and animators there. You can search for artist on artstation and message them directly. Probably some reddits as well.

 

Unity Connect is used for collaboration and commercial requests.
