Where did Unity 5 download temp files?

I downloaded the Unity 5 installer, chose which folder to download to, and which folder to install to.

10 minutes later while it was downloading I discovered that it ignored which folder to download to and had instead apparently decided to download itself somewhere onto my C: drive (which I have very limited space on).

I cancelled the download and now cannot find where the temp download files are. I've looked over the windows temp directory, and the usual appdata/programdata folders. Does anyone know where?

Right, using process mon I've found out that apart from the usual Temp directory, it saves part of its download files to
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files of all the places.

And it still ignores the download folder I chose for it. In fact, where it says "disk space available", it continues to display the amount of space left on my C: drive, even though both the download directory and the install directory that I chose are on a different drive!
