Where did "Edit -> Render Pipeline -> ... -> Upgrade Project Materials" go?

In an email I received from Unity on 12/18/2017, it said I could use an option in the menu to upgrade to Unity 2018.1 beta:

From the top bar menu select Edit -> Render Pipeline -> Upgraders -> Lightweight Pipeline -> Upgrade Project Materials.

But I don't see "render piepline" under the edit menu. Where did this feature go?

If you want to update to the newest version or download the latest beta you can use Help -> Check for Updates or Help -> Download Beta...

Do you have any of the render pipelines in your project? That's the only way this menu will show up since these aren't built into the engine.
You can quickly add a render pipe to your project with the templates or (if you understand) from git hub.
